--------------------I
want to share with you a long and narrative poem based on a story as narrated
,and Ideas taken from Milton's Paradise Lost and Tulsidas Ramayan -----A
combination of old with new-------------------COMPOSED WHEN STUDYING IN PG (English)
001------------------
001------------------
In the Eden (Heaven)
of God,
There went one day !
A Devil of ill-fate,
A Devil of ill-fate,
With something to say
!!
002-----------------
'Oh ! God so sad
am I,
In the Hell y sent !
I want there no more ,
He repent n repent !!
I want there no more ,
He repent n repent !!
003-----------------
Life in Hell;
That 's broken me !
I want no more ,
I want no more ,
There alive to be !!
004-----------------
A vision of Hell,
Sad makes me now !
"A sordid seat of Living,
"A sordid seat of Living,
Did I suffer how !!”
005----------------
Love, Good 'n' truth,
With all I can !
Let me preach
Let me preach
Among the men !!
006---------------
Of Evil ,sin or
ill-human !,
Oh! God Spare me !
I be thy ( devotee or) slave ,
I be thy ( devotee or) slave ,
Sobbing said he
!!
God asked him to come tomorrow ,Decision pending
God asked him to come tomorrow ,Decision pending
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As promised, The Devil reappeared with a request to God, Next day---
As promised, The Devil reappeared with a request to God, Next day---
007-----------
Come again ,come again,
God promised him, !
Never lose patience,
Never lose patience,
Come with vigor n vim
!!
008----------
Justice delayed ,is
justice denied,
Sobbing said he !
I may wait for days n days,
I may wait for days n days,
But let it be !!
009----------
Tears dropping his
eyes,
When Almighty found !
Full of pity ?//?? ,
Full of pity ?//?? ,
Possessed His mind !!
010----------
You are free to Go,
With men to start !
All Good be preached,
All Good be preached,
“Avoid impious art !!”
011---------
And he appears on
earth,
With vigor n vim !
To do all that,
To do all that,
He promised Him !!
Part-II----When He comes to Earth ,unfortunately, the place he touches in Syria------
Part-II----When He comes to Earth ,unfortunately, the place he touches in Syria------
And he appears on Earth,
With vigor and vim,
To accomplish all,
He promised Him.12
The changed state ,
He w'd hail ,
As thought to enjoy,
Peace that prevail.13
Alas !what he thought
Was quite untrue ,
What saw on earth,
Opposed his view.14
So sad he was,
When went there again,
"Said, I did my best,
But all in vain .15
I wished to do,
But none paid heed,
For power & pelf,
Alas! saw their greed.16
"It's Spider web,
Millions of men involved,
Being sucked--------,
Till the last drop of blood." 17(Quoted from outside)
Weapons of mass destruction,
Every day they use 'n' make
Quench their thirst of blood ,
Speaking in Thy name.18
It's a dreadful spot,
With ruin 'n' riot,
To win Glory false,
Men with men fight.19
They show and spread,
The Love you have to
all
But beget hate &
atrocity,
This is their role –20
Everyday, full of
blood,
Seen the earth spread
with,
Throats cut and
bloodshed,
Spread Thy false
myth-21
Burn alive humanity
crying,
None may be More bad ,
Man thy best creation,
Makes all but
depressed & sad-22
Worst than Hell on
Earth,
There ,I saw their
life,
Dying of hunger ,violence,
Really an endless strife-23
Bitterly weeping every
now
Tears in their eyes,
Every day people seen,,
Heart broken with the
cries-24
Peace ,Peace All want,
Efforts also seen
done,
Failures seem their
plight,
Come in between the
Gun-25
Where shall they go,
Uncertain I saw all,
Control them ,O, God,
Or bad ones to call-26
"Men good or bad,
Insecure they are ever,
And oft are being killed,
Without any demur."27(Quoted from outside)
What they want for ,
Is power, pelf &
position,
Prestige through
Violence,
Worsen the situation-28
Men with grief so
profound,
Thus speak of life,
Full of loss and pain,
It 's endless strife.29
Thus speak of life,
Full of loss and pain,
It 's endless strife.29
Life pensive on Earth,
Now do I abhor
Better to be in Hell
But there ! No more !30
Earth deserted me;
Now
nothing is mine,
Let me go to Hell,
Ever to fade 'n' pine."31
Let me go to Hell,
Ever to fade 'n' pine."31
