योग दिवस खोई प्रतिभा लौट के आई, खोई प्रतिभा लौट के आई,          भारत को पहचान दिलाई,               विश्व ने माना योग का लोहा ,             योग ने दुनिया का मन मोहा,             अफसर हो या चपरासी,                     चाहे कितनी आपाधापी,                    उठी प्रेम से  सबकी नज़र,      योग ने किया बेहतरीन सफर,            आसन हो या प्राणायाम,                   कूदते फांदते करते व्यायाम,                सड़क पे उतरी सरकार,                        “स्वस्थ विश्व “सपना होता साकार ,     योग िदया भारत को पहचान,            गौरव बढा िमला सम्मान,                 बड़ी उपलब्धि मिली है हमको,              कामना;स्वस्थ शरीर मिले सब को,       अमर रहे ये योग दिवस,                       विश्व को उत्तम दे भारत बस,              विरोध ,बखेरा छोछि राजनीति,             न बदले  इससे देश की नीति,             नियम योग से च ला  इन्सान,            फ्री मे पाया सोने कि खा न,                   बीमारी गायब तनाब मुक्त,                मुस्काहट से चेह् रा (रहे) युक्त,              सिगरेट सी टागैं सूधरी ठीक,                योगसे होते सारे ठीक,                           दुनिया का आभार व्यक्त,                   सभी बने स्वस्थ सशक्त,                      सदियों  से भारत की पहचान              विश्व बन्धुत्व हमारी जान,                   शांति अहिंसा प्रेम अगली बार,              ये आदर्श  जीने  का  सार,                   सरकार धन्यबाद की पात्र,                  ये तो केवल अच्छी शुरुआत मात्र I        (अर्चना व राज)

Yoga Day  (Lost Prestige came again) (Lost Prestige came again)  India got recognition,World gave importance to Yoga  Yoga impressed the World   Whether officer or peon,  Despite their hectic activities, the people showed their love to it,  Yoga has traveled a long journey.  Exercises or Pranayaam, Jumping,Physical exercises, Even the Govt.came to the road  “ For the healthy world;dream coming true. Yoga has brought us recognition. It has enhanced our place with honour. It is a great achievement to us. our wish;Let everyone be healthy and disease free.  Let this day enlighten the world for centuries. Let Bharat give best to the world everytime,  The protest,disputes,narrow politics.  Can never change our policies for world cause?  The yoga rules if followed as expected   ,gives a man a lot as if mine free of cost,  It removes the diseases and keeps us healthy The smile dances on the faces as if shining  weak legs becomes stronger  This is the power of Yoga that makes us healthy  We are indebted to the world for this importance(that they decided to devote one day as Yoga Day-to bring consciousness)  All becomes healthy and powerful  It is but our identity  World/human brotherhood is our life  Peace.non-violence,love shall bring us recognition soon  These are the essence of life   Our Govt.deserves the praise and thanks This is really a good beginning; a new phase in the history itself... 0018----- The Summer Season(Hindi Poem-F-020/000320)with English translation

मौसम ने ली करवत मौसम बदला गर्मी आई  तपती धूप  साथ में अपने  गर्म हवा भी लेके आई  सड़क किनारे देखे हमने ,वाहन रूकते  पेड़ों की छाया तले, पथिक भी बैठे रहते  मन करता हम बात करें चर्चा ,खुद फरियाद करें  हिम्मत ने भी दम तोड़ा, चेहरे पे मूर्छा छाई, गर्मी आई , गर्मी आई I1I लोशन मोशन ?साथ में निकले , हिम्मत टूटी, बढ़ते कदम पीछे फिसले गन्दी महक के साथमें , चिपके गीले हाथ में छोड़ पसीना बॉडी कहती, पीके पानी आगे चलती धूप में प्यारे तप जाओगे , टूट के खटिया बन जाओगे प्रेम से प्यारे घर पे रहना , विश्राम पेट को पूरा देना वरना डॉक्टर इन्तजार में , तुमसे अपने प्यार में  जो दवा रखीं तै यार , बढ़ती मांग हैं लेके आई---- गर्मी आई , गर्मी आई I2I बच्चे देखे गर्मी में भी , पहन घुटन्ना दौड़ लगाते पानी गन्दा ,अच्छा हो , जम्प लगाते ,प्यार से नहाते काली भैंस भी साथ हमारे , पानी से बाहर आती मिलेगा दूध ,शाम को पानी  ,चिन्ता हमको इतना सताती  जिसको देख़ो कपडे उतारे , गर्मी का आनन्द उठाते इन्द्रदेव की राह देखते , आ जा !बारिश !थक गये गर्मी से बचाते, दिल टूटा और मन भी घायल , लेके इसको गर्मी आई ----------गर्मी आई , गर्मी आई I3I पेट भरा हरदम रहता , भारी -2-तन मन रहता पीके पानी बेल जूस , टूटा -2 दिल भी रहता स्वर्ग कहाँ और नरक कहाँ, हमको लगता यहीं बसा , अच्छा मौसम स्वर्ग हैं जैसा , नरक में अपना तन मन कसा मौसम याद दिलाता , छठी का दूध पिया है किसने , अच्छे -2 पहलवान भी , देंखें टूटे सारे सपने जब इनकी हिम्मत चूर हुई बॉडी अपनी मजबूर हुई , किससे हमको क्यों भिड़ना, प्रेम से कहते ,गर्मी आई--------------गर्मी आई , गर्मी आई I4I इस मौसम में भी देखो , सरहद पे रहता हैंसैनिक , देश की रक्षा प्रथम सुरक्षा, सब कुछ सहता अपना सैनिक, सीख हैं देता उसका जीवन, देश की सेवा सर्वोत्तम यही सिखाता उसका जीवन, तपिश जीवन में सबके रहती, फिर भी जीवन आगे चलता सहने की शक्ति जिसमे , जीत सदा उसने पाई--------------------गर्मी आई , गर्मी आई I5I (अर्चना व राज)

The Climate is changed ,the Summer season with scorching heat and hot air has come,Everybody is disturbed.The Drivers stop their vehicles in the shade of trees and want to take rest.Even the passers-by follow them.It is liked to have a talk to them ,but this weather has discouraged everyone.The face is faded ,for the Hot season has come. Use of lotion and sickness due to Motion has weaken us,No encouraging,but steps do not go forward.The bad fragrance or stench from the body with hands dirty due to sweat makes it difficult (to face).The body works only after the gulp of water after water.The sun is too strong to face ,it unnerves us and hence the advice is to stay at home with love.The eatables should be under control or the Dr is ready with medicines with  a lot of demand,for the hot season has come. Surprising is it to see children that they do not care and with shorts only ,they jump into the water without caring whether this is dirty or pure.Even our black buffalo does not want to come out of water,but when we come out ,we compel her to come with us with this irritation whether she will give us milk in the evening or we have to be dependent on the water only.Whosoever we can see anywhere,he puts off his clothes and want to take rest and  relax.Everybody wants to pray ,the God of Rain,to bestow upon his blessings and avoid us from this hot unbearable.It has broken our heart and mind ,for Hot is too strong to bear with.. The stomach is heavy all the time and impatience is with us.We drink water or juice of different fruits and still very tired of.I think ,both Heaven and Hell are on the earth.The good and pleasant weather is heaven like,whereas the difficult weather when we suffer and suffer are but hellish.Even the powerful wrestlers and body -builders are tayn-tayn fiss(failed)to face this climate and their dreams are shattered and tattered .When such fellows can do nothing,what about us,We will never fight with anyone.we can cry loudly singing the Hot climate has come. But very surprisingly ,our soldiers guard the International boundaries even in such conditions ,they suffer ,but work for nation.The safety and security of the Nation is first to them.Really ,their lives teach us a lot and provide us with a lot to pursue and learn.Those who face difficult times created by anything in life,this is the world 's universal truth that he will shine one day,what about weather,OK the hot season is at our doorstep Translated by Raj

सेना दिवस के अवसर पैर मेने अपने अब्बु से उनकी २८ साल सेना मेंकीगयी सेवा का अनुभव बांटना चाहा,उन्होंने जो कहा , आपकी सेवा में आगे उद्धृत हैं------- (Hindi Poem-E-046/000297) " भारत देश के सैनिक हम, प्रहरी बनके करते काम, रात आये या दिन जाए, हमको केवल काम से काम I1I  काम हमारा अलग अनूठा , मेहनत साथ हमारे चलती, देश को खुशियां देते हम, इससे खुशियां हमको मिलती , बढ़ते कदम कभी न हटते, चलते लेके देश का नाम I2I भारत देश के सैनिक हम,प्रहरी बनके करते काम II अच्छा मौसम बुरा हो मौसम, सबका दिल से स्वागत करते तूफानो में तान के सीना हँसते-२ आगे बढ़ते, पल -2 हमको खुशियां मिलती,  बांटते, मिलके सुबह शाम I3Iभारत देश के सैनिक हम,प्रहरी बनके करते काम II देश से मेरा वायदा है, जान से बढ़के देश का मान, दुश्मन के छक्के छूटे, देखे हमको सीना तान, हाथ बन्दूक साथ में तेरा, प्रेम सदा मिलता हैं  मुस्तैद हमारे जीवन से , गुलाब ख़ुशी का खिलता है, महके खुशबू प्रेम बढ़े , दिल से देते ये पैगाम I4Iभारत देश के सैनिक हम,प्रहरी बनके करते काम II कष्ट हमारे ,नींद तुम्हारी, लोहा दुश्मन से हम लेते, सुबह सवेरे उठके देंखे , दुश्मन हारा कटते पिटते, दुआ हमारी देश बढे , मिले सभी को चैनोराम I5Iभारत देश के सैनिक हम,प्रहरी बनके करते काम II (अर्चना & राज)

On the auspicious occsion of the Army Day ,I had a talk with my father who spent 28 years in the army sevice,What he told me is so impressive that I was left only impressed .The life of a soldier is really very unique… (Hindi Poem-E-046/000297) We are Soldiers from Bharat and we work as soldier during day and night with care ,Work is only is our duty. Our work is quite different ,Hard work and only hard work is with us,It brings happiness to us and in return we share this happiness with the people.Our advancing steps never come back ,we march ahead in the name of our nation only. Whether weather is good or bad,we welcome and stand  strong even in the midst of storms.Happily we march and work for nation,it gives us happiness which we share with our people. Our promise to nation is nation first and lives afterwards.The name and honour to nation comes first,and when we stand with gun in our hands,love of the people goes with us too .our alert life and ever-ready nature leads to happiness for the people /It is just like a rose blooming and spreading the fragrance everywhere.       Let this fragrance be spread and our message for the people is to remain happy .              We face  a lot ,no doubt,but it gives our people a sound sleep .We always have a tough fight with enemies and defeat them .We pray that the country always progresses and rest with happiness along with progress may come to nation each and every time.
